I truly enjoy my career, one of the highlights for me is getting to meet many people from all over the world. I have made very special friends over the years with persons who started out as clients. Another highlight is to see people truly happy with their real estate transactions, whether it be buying or selling. To hand a new buyer that key to their first new home and watch the excitement on their faces is truly a pleasure for me.

I believe in honesty at all cost is the best measure, respect for people and their needs is utmost and to treat people as I would want to be treated has always worked well for me. Working hard for my clients and helping them through the negotiating process to a successful closing is also very rewarding.

Continuing education is a must for REALTORS®, keeping in step with a changing economy, a changing world really, market conditions and above all else, ethics, is primary to any successful real estate career. I have recently acquired an associate brokers license through the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission and this further education will surely be an asset for me now and in the future.

Newfoundland will always be home for me, however, I have resided in Yarmouth for 24 years. Yarmouth is a great place to live, a quaint seaside community with lots to offer. I have raised 2 wonderful children here who are proud to call Yarmouth their home.
